Standing orders are invoiced monthly with VAT-registered TRN on every invoice. One-off events are invoiced per event with 50% deposit on confirmation and 50% on completion. NET-30 terms available on standing orders after 90 days of clean payment history.

Standard packaging carries our brand only. For Executive and Premium tiers we co-brand on request (your logo on box sleeve, buffet card, station signage). Lead time for custom branding: 7 days.
Cancellation 7+ days out: full refund. 3–7 days: 50% retained for prep already done. Inside 72 hours: 100% retained (prep and sourcing are committed). Force-majeure clause for venue/permit issues is standard in our contract.
